"[member name removed], I am sorry that for some reason you felt the need to post such misleading information about our company on Angie's list. You were informed on pickup that if something was damaged by the infections we would do our best to rectify the situation at no further cost. In looking over the log on this repair I see that your HP laptop came in at 5:22pm on April 22 loaded down with spyware and virus infected programs and games. We removed 42 seperate virus and spyware programs and cleaned your system thoroughly. Your laptop was in bad shape also needing a keyboard replacement and we informed you that if something didnt work properly to bring it back as we stand behind our work. I am personally offended at the accusation of us inappropriatelly using your computer as I was the technician. Part of the process of repair is to make sure the currently installed programs work before returning the unit. Any games played were the ones that were installed when dropped off, any playing was to validate functionality. We cleaned and repaired your system in less than 8 business days including ordering parts shipped in. We are a Christian organization and pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our customers. I do not understand why you did not speak to one of us about your concerns so that you could be better informed in understanding the process of testing and varifying system functionality."
