 + -1 moreWhen we had problems installing the insert, they knew nothing about what they had sold us. We ultimately had to call the manufacturer, who informed us this place had sold us $400 in equipment we didn't need. Of course when we went to return the part we couldn't because the part in question had been altered, because we tried to install it. So we were out $400.
Description of Work: We purchased a wood insert from them and additional parts to install.
