Weaver & rhodes home imp

Contracted Oct 2012 completed third week of July 2013. Paid half (13,000) when signed contract. Had very hard time getting him to work on my garage. Always after something was done ( example foundation, framing.) wanted a check. After had framing and sheeting done job sat for weeks waiting on roof and siding. In fact tar paper blew off roof 3 times. Did not get window size contracted for (36 x56) but was given some compensation. Once sided and roofed took more weeks to get grading done. Constantly given excuses, and lied to on times he would be working. My belief is my money was funding other jobs. One job was reviewed on Angie ' s list while I was waiting. Mediocre work on framing ( not all studs 16" on center) I could have built my own job sooner after work in the evenings. Used sub contractors for foundation, concrete and siding. Very poor business practices.

I called to have them come out to give me an estimate to have some work done on my house. He told me he'd be here the following day between 12 and 1230. He never showed and never called.

Jeremy and his crew did a great job. They were quick in getting back to us of when they could come out and do the job and very professional. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them.

Wanted our small bathroom redone. The old existing tub was getting too hard for my aging mother to get in and out of. Bought a new walk in shower and new smaller vanity. Removed old tub, removed old vanity. Layed new linoleum floor, put new walk in shower and new vanity in. We did have a leak but he did come back and fix it. They were very nice and did clean up after themselves.
