Did not disclose price prior to the job. The plumber make up story about this, mentioned that the price was disclosed and agreed via the niece's translation. An about 12" PVC pipe was installed. It's a less than 10 min job but charge outrageous price ($125) compared to the other companies in the areas (65-85)

"Price was 100% disclosed prior to doing any work. Never installed or replaced any pvc pipe??? We were there for just under one hour and was successful at opening the drain. Believe customer has us confused with a different company Mr. [Member Name Removed] finally did pay in full after realizing our service was fair and just."

Sunrise charged $300 to camera and snake our lines outside when our basement flooded. They did the camera about 50 feet and came to T and would not camera anymore they said we were clear. We asked them to camera other side of house but they refused. They said they would be back in a week to do a clean out where they put holes in our pipes. (They did not come back for 1.5 months because they said the weather if they would have come back the following week as originally planned the weather was fine). Our basement in the mean time started to get water again and they came out and ran the camera to the exact same spot again. Which proved absolutely nothing. When they finally came back 1.5 months later they replace a small pipe and charged an additional $375 which they never gave a price before doing. Any work. I finally receive an itemized bill in which I was charged $165 for digging which my father in law and brother in law did most of the digging. The little amount of digging sunrise did they severed the cable line in which time warner charged me $65 to fix. They charged $85 for after hours call which was never explained to me or I would have waited until regular hours (since he work another job through carrier during the day I guess I don't know what "off" hours are). Now my basement is doing the same thing and we hav to pay someone else to figure out what is going on.

"Customer called about water in basement after hours, found her downspout drains were plugged along side of house. ran camera and cable machine in line, pulled out roots and found a belly in the line. Did not charge an after hour fee. Returned to customers house at later date to talk to the husband about the situation who was not home at the time of the water issue we ran camera in line to show him the belly , NO charge for that trip. Returned again to customers home when weather was more workable and we took out belly and repaired line. Also installed cleanout. There was talk about replacing the entire line but do to the fact that the line ran under a fence and a pool the home owner (husband) decided not to replace entire line. Also upon inspection we noticed there sump pump was installed incorrectly and made customer aware that it would need to be changed. Believe there was lack of communication between husband and wife"
