LEWIS FLOORS

I got top grade carpeting and it was to be installed in my kitchen, dinning, living room and hall. A gentleman named Norm came out and measured and told me that 15 feet was the way to go so that I had enough carpet. We had the floor bare, we pulled up the carpeting ourselves. When they arrived with my carpet the padding looked very thick and I asked questions and said it was not what I ordered. The owner came in and was screaming and yelling about me bringing this up. He refused to resolve the issue even though he openly admitted to ordering the wrong materials. The installer would take smoke break after smoke break and would not put his cell phone down. The owners just laughed it off! It was a big mistake hiring these people and I would never recommend them to anyone. The owner is very rude and hard to work with, with the exception of Norm, everyone i dealt with was rude, dirty and unprofessional.
