He came quicker than expected, performed exceptional work, charged a very reasonable fee, and provided me with tons of knowledge and explanation as to what he did and what I need to know regarding my door for the future. Our power garage door was very loud when you opened and closed it. It always seemed to be bouncing up and down what was causing a very loud sound in the room directly above it. So I checked Angies List and found Jasonl.

It wen very good overall. Jason was a real professional and gave me some tips of what to look out for in the future. He also suggested the best products to use in order to lube the tracks myself. Jason made some good suggestions on what not to use as a lube for the tracks.

Garage door would not open because the torsion spring broke. Called Jason during the evening. He was prompt in coming to my home early the next morning. He assesed what was wrong and checked the door for service needed. This door was never serviced for the past 12 years and was loud and squeaky. Jason removed the broken spring and installed a new one. He ensured proper tension and adjusted the door. He lubercated all moving parts. He found the drive belt in the closer was in poor shape and near breaking, He replaced the belt. The door is now quiet and seems better than new. He was very reasonable in his charge. I found him to be honest and trustworthy.
