Steve was very fair in pricing, was punctual, and his crew worked hard cleaned up each day at the end of the day.  The workmanship was excellent and Steve is creative in modifying the original deck .  I couldn't be happier! he delivered the job in the time frame he estimated and was most professional, skilled and I am totally satisfied.

He came highly recommended through my landscaper.  His price also included the trex transcend decking.  I am really pleased with that.  He is a general contractor.  He did the work in two and a half days.  I will use him shortly for something else.  I might use him to remodel my laundry room.  I have 1000 square feet of the deck.  This is the deck that doesn't have to be rebuilt.  It is only 10 inches high.  It is roughly 15X15 with 6'X'6 hole in it for the spa that is something into the ground.  It has got three stone walls around it, so only one side is open and no railings.  It is inside a private courtyard of my bedroom.  My son is a general contractor, but he is out of the states.  He had told me before that it would not cost more than $3000.  He did a beautiful job and I couldn't be more pleased.  He was prompt on the estimate.  He emailed me the next day.  When he told me he was coming out, he scheduled it because the product takes a couple of weeks for the things to be ordered.  He came out and he told it would take 2 to 3 days.  I said I wasn't going to be here on Monday.  I know they were here for three and a half hours to tear and haul everything off.  By the middle of Wednesday, it was all done.  They swept up and cleaned up.  I had recessed lights on the steps and the edges of the deck.  The people worked here non-stop and they didn't disturb any neighbors with loud boom sounds or anything.  They looked professional and of course, the job was professional.  A few days after the deck was done, they left a thank you note stating that they appreciate the business.  They will be happy to work with me and would look forward to work in the future.  He said that he would start the work by 8.30, but he called around 8 in the morning and told that he was stuck with a work & he would come by 9.30.  I said I didn't have any problem because I was leaving by 10 and he was here sharp at 9.30.

I have hired Today's Contractors multiple times. They are fantastic. They show up when they say they will, they do a high quality work, and clean up everything in site. They are a pleasure to work with. I would hire them in an instant.

They are always reliable and I have always been pleased with my experiences. They send us Christmas cards, but maybe that's because my husband bought them pizza once!
