My computer stopped working, all I got was a bunch of unintelligible letters, symbols and numbers. I called Barb; and Bill came out the same day. Bill explained that I needed a new hard drive and quoted me a price of $150.00. Bill also assured me that he would do all he could to retain the info on the hard drive. It took a couple of days for the program that copied my data to run due to the damamged condition of my hard drive. Bill returned the computer, all of my information is intact and the computer is faster now.
