Mold Solutions

In conjunction with Clean Crawls, mold removal pair  arrived on time to use a chemical to remove mold from a large area in the attic.  It took them over 4 hours to get all the treatment done.  As a Value Added Service, they cleaned and treated the boards I use for flooring in the storage area of the attic.  That was on day 1.

Day 2 was supposed to be a Dura-bond treatment of the attic which took them less than 20 minutes.  That seemed rather fast and I was alerted that they had to be in Carnation in a few hours.  I called Clean Crawls who had a supervisor from Mold Solutions come out the next day and agree that the treatment needed to be re-done.  The following Monday, the mold preventive supervisor showed up an re-treated all the areas.

Positives: 

> Attic looks nearly like new wood is installed.

>No damage to any hardware or electronics as a result of their work.

Negatives:

> Liquid stains on the sheetrock in the garage from overuse or dispensing of the chemical to the sprayers.

>Two trip procedure required four trips of inconvenience to accomplish during moderate to cold temperatures with no attic insulation.

They worked very well and very quickly.  The only issue was getting the written report after the job was done.  Even though the work was done, it took so long to get the report that I would not recommend using them.

He was very nice. He came out the same day that I called him. He was helpful and showed us how to remediate the problem on our own.

My parents home had 44 years of accumulated items in the basement and crawl space. Over this time the items had become moldy and musty. They worked hard all the time they were at the house were courteous and helpful with all questions. I asked the team to set aside anything they might find of value sentimental or otherwise, they found some old coins and lots of pictures as well as some antiques they kept for me. I would recommend this company to anyone needing mold removal.
