The drive was completed before I expected. The drive looks great but there are a few spots that need to be addressed. I am still waiting for them to follow up. I was out of town when they did the drive. They did call the day before and ask if they could do the drive. In the future I would not allow the work to be completed unless I was there.

We felt we got a great value. Workmanship was excellent. Price was very competitive. Very knowledgeable estimator and crew. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were flexible but not always on time. When they came back to do the second coat they came when it was almost dark. I had some things I wanted to show them from the first coat. They didn't always show up when I thought they would. They did make an effort to correct things right away. The supervisor came out.

The clerk who handles reservations is excellent. The crew were superb. The driveway could have used another blacktopping but it's already too high; rather than urge me to do something I couldn't afford at the time, they did a truly beautiful job with what they had. There was a big black handprint left on my white mailbox but I didn't complain to them because clearly the person who did it didn't realize - it was on the back.

It is a very long driveway, and it included some grating work and some other obstacles. They did an excellent job.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. I've had a lot of work done recently and some other companies weren't as straightforward. The owner came and looked over the job; closer to the time it was done a foreman looked it over again. Since my driveway was not a full day's job, I had to wait until a nearby small job came up. It took a few weeks, but Griffith Paving stayed in touch and let me know when they were coming a few days before they did the job. Their equipment and expertise were fun to watch. Griffith does commercial jobs--mall parking lots, etc. I'd suggest going with such a company rather than a residential only paver. I've had jobs done by driveway specialists in the past and could see the difference. Overall, a great company to work with, and I'm more than happy with the result.
