+ -1 moreHE CLAIMED TO GET THE MONEY USING A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND NEVER FORWARDED ANY OF IT TO ME. HE BASICALLY RENTED OUT MY RENTAL FOR FREE. I SPENT ABOUT $30,000 TO RE-HAB THE HOUSE SO I COULD RENT IT AND I AM GETTING NOTHING FROM IT. HIS USUAL FEE FOR MANAGING THIS PROPERTY IS 10% OF THE RENT AND HE HAS BEEN TAKING 100%.
Description of Work: I HIRED LAWRENCE TO MANAGE MY RENTAL PROPERTY. HE WAS TAKING THE PAYMENTS FROM THE COUNTY AND GOVERNMENT FOR SECTION 8 AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF IT.
