HE CLAIMED TO GET THE MONEY USING A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND NEVER FORWARDED ANY OF IT TO ME. HE BASICALLY RENTED OUT MY RENTAL FOR FREE. I SPENT ABOUT $30,000 TO RE-HAB THE HOUSE SO I COULD RENT IT AND I AM GETTING NOTHING FROM IT. HIS USUAL FEE FOR MANAGING THIS PROPERTY IS 10% OF THE RENT AND HE HAS BEEN TAKING 100%.
