Rob was fantastic, showed up at nine and left at three thirty. He is thorough about what he does and explains everything also asking if you want to look and see inside the ducts. I did give him a fair mark on the price because of all the work and time that he spent, I thougt it was fair compaired to all the bargan prices you see advertized. I would recomend him because of his work ethic and caring about your home and you.

Chris came over the week before, on a short notice. Surveyed the job. I had a backdraft from my tank because it was not venting properly.  He assessed that a shorter tank will fix the problem (it was not possible to move the venting).  Scheduled appointment for the work few hours later. 
His guys came in on the scheduled time and within 4 hrs the new tank was installed and they were out of there.  The work area was clean.   10 days into this, I dont have any issues with hot water.

Rob was very professional and thorough. He did a wonderful job. And he even called back a few days later to ask if we liked the results. We are very pleased with his work.

We will be using them next fall to do our duct cleaning again. The last time was about 8-10 years ago.

They did an exceptional job. He made me look before and after so I could tell the difference. He walked me through every single step.

I have a very serious lung condition, so it is imperative that I have clean air and clean ducts in my house. This company has been phenomenal! I have used other companies, and these guys have it hands down! They are very honest, courteous, and punctual. They are extremely thorough and are worth every penny! We tried using another company to save some money, but then went back to JD because the job was not done as well and was definitely not worth the little bit of money we saved to go with the lesser quality service.

Rob was completely on top of my project. Since it involved an insurance claim, he called every week to check on scheduling the cleaning. He was thorough, neat, and conscientious about removing my vent covers (which have layers of paint on them). He injected a commercial grade sanitizer and made sure it wasn't a problem for us to leave the house during the process. He was excellent and well worth the cost.

They were very fast and friendly. They found a bad sensor, but did not have one on the truck. They returned within an hour with the part and completed the job. Very friendly. The owner Jim Sustersic is very nice and his staff was very friendly.

I would not recommend them. I ended up having to have another company come out and fix their work and paid them for something that didn't do anything to help me.

This was an extremely positive experience. Rob was considerate of our new carpeting and even wore shoe protectors. The ducts were definitely in need of attention and required a lot of energy on Rob's part. The work was reasonably priced and I know will pay off in improved health and minimal dusting. The old furnace will not have to work so hard for it's final years and maybe it's life has even been extended a bit.

EVERYONE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE TECHNICIANS, TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS ALWAYS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM. ONCE THE PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED, THE WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE VERY WELL, VERY QUICKLY, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I WILL DEFINITELY WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

NOW IN JANUARY THAT SAME ZONE WAS STILL COLD. THIS TIME THEY SAID I NEEDED SEVERAL NEW PARTS. HE RETURNED TODAY BUT HE DECIDED THOSE PARTS WEREN'T THE PROBLEM. IT WAS A MATTER OF ADDING INSULATION, NOT COVERED BY THE HOME WARRANTY. I THINK IT WAS A SCAM BETWEEN THE HOME WARRANTY AND J D INDOOR COMFORT.

PERFORMED ALL SERVICES AS DESCRIBED BEFOREHAND. DUCT WORK WAS ACTUALLY SHINY INSIDE WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

GAVE A EST. FOR 6 HRS OF WORK WERE HERE 8HRS STILL ONLY CHARGED FOR 6 HOURS.

I LIVE THE FACT THAT THEY PUT SLIP COVERS ON THEIR SHOES. CAME WITH THREE MEN, VERY EFFICIENT AND NICE. FIXED MY LEAKY FAUCET ALSO! THEY WORKED ALMOST 7 HOURS
