I had Icon trim 3 trees. While doing this, they dropped a tree on my stairs . Breaking the pillars and railings. They said they would fix, well 2 months later still not fixed. Coy is giving me a hard time. He is now telling me his employees did not break the rail and pillars. I did pay them, because they told me it would be fixed. I would NEVER use them again.

Coy with Icon Tree Services gave us exceptional customer service! He was so polite, prompt & explained every step of removing a fallen tree & returning to remove the stump only 3 days later! A job well done! Perfect clean-up with no mess left behind! We will definitely use Icon again!
