Green Impressions

They charged me the full retainer of $1200 when their contract explicitly states 1/3 at start, 1/3 middle and 1/3 upon completion. Then after I gave them pictures of what my CAD drawing should look like they produced some generic drawing that looked nothing like my pictures. Btw, I hired them in August and by end of Sept all I had was a drawing that looked nothing like I wanted. No work was done EVER. The icing on the cake, I filed a complaint with the BBB and they still refused to give me my $1200. I never met a company so disgraceful. I want to picket them at the Home & Garden show for 2018.

Gave me a detailed quote and then followed through perfectly with all the components of the job. The crew dug the trench by hand (80 feet) to avoid damaging the lawn and yard. They had to dig through clay soil (foot to foot and a half deep), encountering a boulder and a buried tree stump. At all times the crew was neat, professional, careful, and cheerful (especially while sweltering in the hot summer heat). They stripped the sod and replaced it after the job was completed--cannot tell where the trench was dug. The drainage works great; no longer have standing water around the landscape bed.

First they cleaned the natural stone and dug out the joints. Then they leveled a portion of the patio. Let it dry thoroughly. Then came back to put in the Gator Dust to seal the joints. Looks brand new! And will be easier to maintain. All work done as promised and on time. Highly recommend!

Green Impressions installed my paver patio in 2014 and I am very happy with the work they did. One advantage of using Green impressions was the personal service I feel I was provided and continue to get. Green Impressions did a great job on the original patio and continues to follow-up with me to ensure I am happy with how I enjoy my patio. They have been able to fix some small issues after the initial installations to ensure I continue to enjoy my investment. Highly recommend their services including Pavers and irrigation.

It was wonderful.  This is the second year I have used Green Impressions.  They have taken care of ALL of our lawn, landscaping, fertilizing, and overall yard work.  They are always prompt, courteous, and do exceptional work.

Green Impressions arrived and we discussed plans.They sent me a written quote. Did the work as described.  When we drove up to the house we were so happy to see all they had done. They are responsive to calls.  I called today and Kaitlin came out within 20 minutes to discuss moving some plants so a tree could be taken down without ruining the plants. Kaitlin said she would come out in the next few days to move some plants.  I heard something out back and she was already moving a few of the plants.  Awesome! Very happy with work that has been done to date.

This company is owned by Joe Schill formerly of Schill Landscaping. Green Impressions purchased the assets of Nieding Lawn & Landscape which was owned by Seth Nieding. Mr. Nieding was in the process of installing our paver patio, beds and lawn. My beds and patio were completed (and paid for) and we were waiting to install the lawn. After a significant period of non-response I was finally able to contact Seth Nieding on his cell phone and found out about the new company. Joe Schill then came out to our house to "re-quote" the lawn installation and indicated that there would be a significant price increase from our contract. His verbal estimate was about 150% of our contracted price! When I stated that I expected them to live up to the amount on the contract he became indignant and refused to provide a written estimate.

Green Impressions is an appropriate name for the new company as all they care about is making green $. There are a lot of companies that can provide landscaping services. If you want to work with people who live up to their commitments and provide good value, then run away from these guys.
