Installation was prompt,price was competitive, The deal breaker is that the product does not stand the test of time. Sunk fence posts, sagging pergola bars. Very, very shoddy installation. Broken promises to fix. Very professional persona, but BAD work.

It was a mixed experience. The quality was pretty good, but the fence was not complete on the date promised, however they did eventually finish the work. They are not prompt on fixing problems, but it does eventually get done.
