He worked very hard and got the job done in 1/2 a day. He did not mess around. I would highly reccomend him. The Peirce was reasonable. They also did a great job with cleaning everything up.

After giving me a free estimate and being hired for the job, they came by the house and removed one of the loose bricks to take with them, in order to match the color to the new bricks they would select. The next weekday they (two gentlemen -- Ilya and another man whose name I failed to get) quietly showed up and got to work. I spoke with Ilya outside in the afternoon, marveling at how quickly they were disassembling my ancient, dilapidated brick-and-stone front steps. To my amazement, Ilya told me they would be able to not only remove my old steps, but completely rebuild the steps with new bricks all on that same day! He further said that we could use the new steps the next day. I had to leave at about 6PM that evening. When I returned later, everything was done. When daylight came I went outside to look, and the new brickwork was beautiful! The new bricks matched perfectly and the mortar and bricks were very straight. The front stoop no longer sagged either, as they repaired that as well. My front steps now were solid and very attractive. Also, there was not a speck of dust or any debris left behind; no trace that anyone had been doing such a huge job just hours before! I was completely thrilled with this company!

They rebuilt my house front steps. They put in new brickwork, remodeled the whole foundation of the patio and set the sandstone. The overall experience was excellent. He was considerably cheaper and great. They were here well within the specified time and professional. I have recommended them to a few people.

This was the only contractor who was willing to undertake an appropriate historical restoration. All of the others we contacted proposed to replace the existing paving bricks with concrete, asphalt, new bricks or fake bricks in each case at a cost that probably would have been in excess of in excess of our final project cost. We had some issues about the form of the contract to be used, but we were pleased with the timeliness and with the quality of the work, and especially with the result. The job was started when promised and was completed without any unnecessary interruption. The contractor took pride in his work and left the area surrounding the work clean and mostly undamaged.
