Workers left my trash can full of leaves and yard debris without a thrash bag. When I called the owner, he stated that his guys did not put the leaves in the trash can. He would have me believe that a can full of leaves and yard debris jumped from the yard into the thrash can after his guys did the spring cleanup.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed] accused us of leaving leaves in her trash can and demanded we come over immediatly to remove them. When we denied doing it, but was still willing to clean it up the next time we were in the neiborhood, she abruptly ended the conversation and hired a new company a few days later. Why would we fill her trash can with leaves and debris when the city of Shaker takes it away for free in the Spring-like they did the rest of the leaves and debris we left in a pile on the tree lawn? I contacted three lawn maintenance firms for quotes on a thorough spring clean up and mulching. I was very specific and included cleaning up a wood pile and filling in some ruts by the side of my driveway.
This company gave me a calculation that came out to just under $1000. I called up the owner to talk over the quote and the extras I wanted done. Twice. And he assured me that the quote was under $1000, and that he would fill in the ruts and clean up the wood pile and thoroughly mulch the yard.
The ruts are almost all filled in. No dirt, just yard waste was used and grass seed sprinkled over top. One rut was left.
The wood pile was addressed in that they moved a couple of logs into better position. They said they would not clean the woodpile when they got here. (My husband cleaned up the whole thing himself.) I am selling this house and needed the service asap, or I would have stopped the job right there. But because it was just before an open house and there was no one else available I let it go.
The grass was cut way too short and they messed up a couple of areas so badly I had to go back and sprinkle peat moss and seed on them. They said they put down grass seed but I didn't see any.
The charge ended up $200 more than their quote (plus tax).
I feel like it was a really poor quote, a very poor job and I would recommend that anyone who uses this firm get specifics on the quote itself.

"We were asked to "straighten up" the wood pile during the quote process, however when we arived we were asked by her husband to MOVE the entire pile 2 feet from the house. It was at least a cord of wood, we were not going to spend an extra hour for free. This was explained at the time. The yard debris used to fill the ruts along the driveway was DIRT removed from another part of the yard and was never represented as anything else. The ruts and seed were destroyed by the several moving and work trucks that were in and out as we worked. As for the extra time-We were asked to move 40 lawn and leaf bags from one side of the treelawn to the other corner so they could take pictures of the house, and then we wer told to stop working for 30 min so they could finish the photo shoot. Those bags are nessary in Cleveland Hts., and were quoted as extra."

Awesome!!!! These guys are the BEST! The owner is very personable and professional. They are very responsive. I have had no trouble contacting them and getting a response. They have done everything I ask without charging an arm and a leg. I have been through several contractors/landscapers. These guys are by far the best! They do an impeccable job. I am so glad I found them.
When I have my flower beds done these are the guys I will use. No one else is going to ever touch my yard.
They initially performed a yard clean-up and then did monthly maintenance. They also did a leaf clean-up when fall came. I had contacted them because my landscaper at the time had become really lax and was not listening to me at all. So, I called these guys and they fixed my yard right up and quick too. If they perform work in your area call them.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They offered suggestions on how to best care for my flowers and plants. They dug out the flower beds and arranged the stones around the bed. My yard looks like something out of a magazine, I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again.

Great job-
Ken and his crew arrived on time and went to work. They did a great job on the lawn areation and overseeding.I showed Ken some plants that the deer had eaten and he gave me a few pointers on plants that the deer wouldn't like to eat . Thanks Ken for going the extra mile ..Highly Recommended !!!

They were excellent! I would not hesitate to contact them again. Ken came over on Saturday and walked around the yard with me and developed a sense of what they would be able to do. He talked about it with me and i knew what they were going to do when he left on Saturday. They arrived early on Monday morning and went to work. The job that they did for me exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful to see when i came home later that day!

I talked with the office and was sent a contract. I signed the contract and checked off the services I required. The contract was picked up and my lawn was cut that same day because it was extremely long. I have never even met the team at Pro Property Maintenance but I am extremely pleased with their services. I would definitely recommend them as the lawn is neatly cut and trimmed. There is no debris left behind and if there is a need to bag this is done and placed on the lawn.

They were the most reasonable pricing over other companies and I liked that their contract was easy to read and was a nice computer print out. The billing is very clear and they are very professional. They have quick responses to my requests and they have been doing a good job so far on keeping up the yard, they have been the best out of the three companies I have used for lawn services so far!

I sort of liked the way they did the other lawns, the way they cut, and how many people they have to come and work on the lawn, because it's never just one person. They do a great job, they are pretty professional, they'll do some extra things for you. They're very polite and responsive.

I've never had an issue with the work that was done. When ever I had questions or concerns Ken was very responsive. Last year I decided not to continue my contract due to cost, I personally had some financial issues. I soon learned you get what you pay for, after a year away I contacted Ken again.
