Mary Lou did an exceptional job negotiating on our behalf. She fought tooth and nail for the right price and did all in her power to make sure we were happy. She took us to a variety of homes in Shaker Heights and University Heights. She used her extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods to find a place that fit our style and budget. The most amazing part is...she found a house we loved in 2 days! She is always available, always willing to help, and has a wealth of experience to draw from. We love her!
