Dan went to the nursery personally and photographed the tree. I viewed the picture via E-Mail and confirmed that I wanted it. Dan came to my house and assured me it would be possible to plant at or near the location where the stump of the mature tree had been ground out. He was able to move the tree 3 weeks after I accepted the price and called the day before as I had requested so I could be here to see the work and answer questions and issues with the planting. Used 2 trucks, one to remove the soil and the second of the same size to plant the tree. The tree came from a nursery near Mansfield, OH and was brought to Berea, OH. They used plywood to minimize ruts in my yard and made 3 attempts do dig through the old roots. The tree is planted only 4' from the center of the old one. The 2 men who did the work were punctual and competent. They listened to my requests, did the job, gave watering instructions, and mulched the 8' diameter ball. They were on site for about 2 hours.
