I was very impressed with the work of Pioneer Roofing II on my home in Spring 2022. The entire crew was neat, clean & professional. The price was more than fair, which says a lot these days. Cleanup was great. Looks wonderful, nothing but compliments. I recommend Marty & crew highly.

Pioneer Roofing tore off two layers of old roofing and installed my beautiful new roof today. They were professional, on time and clean. Marty and his crew answered any questions I had. They were very careful around all of my landscaping which I appreciated very much. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up afterwards and did the entire job in one day! The price I was quoted- which I thought was great price (much cheaper than other quotes) is the price I paid. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks so much Marty and your crew!

Marty and the entire Pioneer roofing team are to be commended for a great job and value for work performed. Due to winter and spring storm damage, what we thought would be a patch job ultimately turned out to be a full replacement of our 25 year old roof. During some of the hottest days of the summer, the team showed up at 6:45 am on Day 1 and began the tear off and ultimately completed ½ of the replacement the first day. Back the next day bright and early to beat afternoon thunderstorms in the forecast, the team completed the reroof, cleaned and replaced the spouting guards and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The entire team was thorough, professional, polite, and trustworthy. The cost was slightly above the average of the quotes we received but it was apparent when we talked to them they were the best equipped to do the job. We are glad we went with Pioneer.

We replaced our roof with Pioneer Roofing. This job required the removal of our prior roof. They did an expert job - we are extremely pleased with the look and function of our new roof!!! This winter we experienced some heavy winds, snows, rains and differing temperatures. Our new roof (which included new ventilation soffits) helped keep the temperature of our older home warmer through the winter and even reduce our gas heating bill. I would seek Pioneer Roofing for work in the future.

Excellent work. We were gone when the job was done. But for the finished roof, you would never know anything went on. Job site left prestine. Roofing job very professional. Highly recommend.

They came on time and with a full crew. They had their equipment and supplies ready in a short amount of time. The on site project manager, Robert, introduced himself and gave an overview of what I could expect (this was also discussed by Marty when quoted). They took care of my roof, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone in one day. The roof looks great and I would strongly recommend them again. Also, I had a tough time deciding between different colors when they quoted, they gave me some panels from the manufacturer to assist and gave me a list of addresses I could drive by to see my preliminary choices, which helped a lot.

Pioneer Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters in Strongsville, OH. Marty Miller made the sales process easy and offered a very competitive price for high grade shingles. The roofing and gutter crews did great work, arriving on time and completing the job promptly. The crews were professional and courteous, and left our home and yard looking great, with all waste cleaned up and hauled away.

Went well as far as the roofing but the shingle delivery truck pushed a huge depression in my lawn.

This company (PIONEER ROOFING) could not have done a better job!!! Workmanship, timeliness, there was absolutely nothing to clean up after the team left, the roof is just BEAUTIFUL. Our 38 year old house looks brand new. The men were so considerate and hardworking. It was freezing COLD but there were no complaints! The team just went above and beyond in every aspect. I highly recommend this company.

Pioneer Roofing not only have the best quote, he was the only one who actually got on the roof at that time! He found another area that need repaired as well, and did both at a cheaper price than the others had given for one area. He was efficient, quick, and incredibly polite and nice. I would highly recommend him to others, and will use him when we get a complete new roof in a few years.

They were really good. After a big wind storm, we needed a new roof. Marty was good. Everyone was contentious about their work. They were courteous and clean. They picked up after themselves. I don't remember the cost, but it was really reasonable. He told us that he could get the old roof off and the new roof put on in one day, and he did it. And it was good work. Not sloppy. I like their quality of work, workmanship, their responsiveness, and their courteousness. They cleaned up after themselves. They got all the nails out of our driveway. They used a magnet and they also went around and looked by hand. It was all really good. He came out to the house right away to give us a quote and to talk about it. It was really good top to bottom.

We highly recommend Pioneer Roofing II LLC for their fantastic work. Marty, one of the owners, came to the house for an estimate within one day of contacting him. Several other local contractors were at least a week late or didn’t respond. We have a large roof with limited back yard access so the crew had to carry out a large portion of the shingles and still did the roof in the two-day period that was stated. Clean up afterwards was spotless. We didn’t find any nails or shingle pieces anywhere in the yard or landscaping. Pioneer took great care to not disturb or damage the landscaping and flowers around the house. You can’t go wrong with Pioneer Roofing. Jon & Deb

I attempted to contact a few roofers for the repair but Marty was the only one to call back immediately. I did not think there was enough damage for an insurance claim but Marty recommended we look into it. He worked with the insurance company to successfully process a claim for full roof replacement. The work was excellent. They completed the work in the expected time frame and did an outstanding job making sure the ground was clean of all debris and nails and anything else that may be laying around. I was extremely happy with the entire process and would highly recommend hiring Marty for any roof job.
