ROTOVAC CARPET CLEANING & FLOOR CARE

This carpet cleaning process, known as a Rotovac, is superior to all others we have tried: steaming, chem-dry, or DIY rentals. It is a vehicle-mounted vacuum and machinery and a multi-step process, culminating with the rotary head device that agitates the carpet fibers and cleans thoroughly. It leaves the carpet very dry, only slightly moist. Also, the PH cleaning chemistry does not leave any soapy residue on the carpet, which could possibly attract dirt. Randy's team was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and completed two medium size rooms in under two hours. They answered all my questions well and even moved couches, etc. out of the way and placed them on foam blocks to allow the carpet to dry fully and would not damage their wood or fabric. They also do a lot of work in the Columbus area and were happy to drive from Senecaville at no charge. They are wonderful people and perfectly clean carpet that still looks like new!
