In so glad I checked on Angie's List for the quality work I expected!  Would recommend highly!

I hired D Mays Home Inspection LLC for two home inspections. Both inspections he was very professional and thorough on inspecting the houses. The first inspection he provided me with the information that saved me from buying a mistake. The second house the home inspection provide information to help me negotiate a better price on the property. I will definitely use his services again.

He arrived in time. He performed a thorough inspection. Went on the roof, crawl space and checked all appliances, fixtures, doors, walls, floors. Everything. He spent 2.5 hours on the job. Very impressed.

Dale was very responsive, thorough, and fair in his pricing. Some things could not be inspected (e.g. the water was not on), so he adjusted his price accordingly. He talked me through his findings and offered some kind advice on how to address these issues. I would definitely call him again!

Home inspection was for new purchase. Newer house, but he did reveal some items that truly needed attention before purchasing the house. He gave his report as well as recommendations. He will re-inspect if we request.
He provided a very detailed written report upon completion along with photos.
Extremely thorough, pleasant, polite, economical and very professional!!

We met dale at the house and he took about 2 hours to check everything out.He went on roof,under crawl space,up in attic,garage and all around the outside grounds.Checked every appliance,windows,well really everything in the house.Showed my husband everything he found and explained it to him .Took alot of time with us to help make this a well worth money spent and a relief to know he was doing his best to help make this home a good place to live.
