USA WALLPAPER

On 1/23 I placed an on-line order for wallpaper. I received an email confirming and saying that if my order was on backorder I would not show a credit card charge. On 1/26, I noticed my debit card had been charged. I then received another email saying that my order was on backorder and would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. On 2/2 I received an email informing me that my wallpaper was discontinued and no longer available. No mention was made of the charge to my card. I called and spoke with a rep who told me it could take 30-60 days. I told her that was not acceptable, that I should not have been charged in the first place, and she agreed to go to accounting and try to speed the process up. I called again on 2/5 and again was told by Amy there was no date for my refund and that it could take 60 days. I asked to speak to the accounting department or an owner and was given another person who again told me they had no authorization to credit my card. My card should never have been charged to begin with, and this company should not be allowed to charge people and hold their money for this long of a time. That refund should have been immediate. I am out the amount of 224.22, and do not have the disposable income to simply order more wallpaper elsewhere until I get my money back. This company has some major issues with improper card charging and refund process. I want my money returned immediately.

ORDERED 182.79 WALLPAPER MIDDLE OF APRIL. THEY TOOK ORDER THEN SHORTLY AFTER ADVISED IT WOULD HAVE TO BE BACK ORDERED AND COULD GIVE NO INDICATION AS TO WHEN ORDER WOULD BE FILLED. I CANCELED ORDER WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF ORDERING, AND THEY ACCEPTED THE CANCELLATION, GIVING ME A CANCELLATION NUMBER. IT IS NOW GOING INTO THE FOURTH MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE REFUND. THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OR REPLY TO E-MAILS AND BY TELEPHONE CONTACT STATE THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A DATE WHEN REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED.
