Accountants/Tax Consultants
Switched from a reliable accounting firm to this guy because of price - nearly half what our previous accountant was charging. All information was dropped off 2-3 weeks prior to filing deadline. We find out after the deadline that he missed it and had filed for an extension. We are now getting reminders from the IRS that we owe a penalty. Steven's office told us not to worry about this and that they would handle it without our having to pay anything. We now get a second reminder with an interest charge.
When I call the office I rarely catch someone on the phone and the chances of getting a return call are very slim.
This guy may be a CPA but I question whether or not he should be in the business of taking on the responsibility of handling anyone other than his own taxes.
