At first we were not sure what type of window we wanted to replace the casement windows in the kitchen.  We contacted Shine Rite Thru Windows, as well as several other companies, to obtain quotes.  Shine Rite Thru gave us a couple of revised quotes as our ideas changed.  In the end this company had the best price for the type of windows we decided on. 

     When the window came in, the company scheduled a day for installation.  They worked quickly and neatly to change the window.  Unfortunately, because of the cold weather on the day of the installation, they could not caulk the outside of the new window or the outsides of the other windows we had asked them to caulk.  Steve told us he would come out again on a mild day to finish the job.  It was a little over a month before his availability and moderate weather coincided.  For no extra charge, Steve also caulked another window that had lacked caulking, which we hadn't noticed.  Despite the delay, we are pleased with the finished job.  The kitchen is warmer, and there is no longer condensation inside the window.

Not only was Steve and his crew very professional, but courteous and personable.  I will work with this company again.

They did a beautiful job.

One of the windows they had to take out that was inoperable. They turned it into a modified double hung window that is beautifully configured now. They do great work, were on time, and I would highly recommend them.

As we bought a new home and are in the process of lots of construction, we wanted more light in the living room. We called Shine Rite Thru Windows and met with Steve on June 1st when he showed up as promised. We then explained what our vision was and he was able not only to supply and install the windows, he also gave us some additional insite on our vision. We wanted more light in the living room and adding a larger window without damaging the line of the house was our goal. We didn't want it to look funny from the outside. We added a large picture window with sliders on either side. We also enlarged our kitchen and we needed to replace the very small 23x30 window that was there.

After about an hour of decisions we ordered the windows from Steve and I gave him about 50% down on the windows. As soon as the windows came in I received the call and scheduled a date. His guys showed up 1st at the time and date scheduled, introduced themselves to me and went to work right a way. They removed the old windows, cut a larger hole in the side of my house and added the new ones. Shortly after they started Steve showed up, not to check on them BUT to help them. It was nice to see an owner of a company work along side of his crew.

They took the old windows with them when they left too! Based on the way they worked in my house with no carpet and furnature, I know Steve and his crew would take great care inside ones home. This is the 2nd time we have done business together and I will continue to do business with Steve and his crew.

They were here on time, went straight to work and were finished before I knew it. Very professional.
