+ -1 moreIt went perfect. It was very good,. We had some logistical problems in order to get the computer in their hands. Our daughter had no way to get it to them. Sue was very helpful. She for a very nominal fee, drove over to where my daughter is doing her internship and picked up the computer. She really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond what is expected in this day and age. She actually picked it up on her way to work on a Saturday . It arrived here in a timely manner as promised we got exactly what we paid for and more.
