NORTHERN LIGHTS REMODELING

Another company's prices were a little higher than Northern Lights; that’s why we went with Northern Lights. He was very straightforward 1:16.9 and upfront about things I could do to do the job with quality. He showed me ways I could save money, but get quality at the same time. He recommended a carpet kitchen tile place that I had debated on going. He talked about their quality and that it would last longer. I was just impressed with his honesty. They did a good job. I had a guy that had done work for me for years that I figure would have probably done it cheaper than anybody. But he had a major heart attack and passed away. We had to have a custom door made, and that's what really cost us money. I have already talked to him about doing my bathroom down the road when we have the money.

Aside from the slight delay on the second deck, everything went great.  I have 2 new composite decks on my house and I am happy with both of them.  The first deck had some issues with the composite material.  Lowes had to special order the material because it had been discontinued.  Chris and Larry will be back to take care of the problems with the first deck.  The problems are not construction issues, but rather material issues.
I would have Larry and Chris back again.  They do excellent work.  They are professional and courteous guys.  Larry is a subcontractor for Lowes Lorain, OH and Chris works for Larry.  If you plan to have a deck done, don't hesitate to ask for Larry and Chris.  I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family that are in need a contractor.
