They sell multiple brands. I am pretty happy with their service. We really liked the sales representative we had. We don't always agree with the pricing. He doesn't make that decision so I am not sure how to rate the pricing. The salesman was very punctual and professional. I felt the salesman was very professional. The vehicle we had in the service was free for two years.

It's a dealership and I don't pay anything because I'm under warranty. I have no complaints against them. The guy who sold me the car is not there anymore. They're an excellent place. They're very informative, they keep track of your upgrades and they let you either by mail or email.

I have been to this Toyota dealer twice for scheduled service. Both times, they tried to invent things to get me to spend more money than that which they were charging for routine service. First, they claimed that my water pump was leaking and that I would have to replace it at a cost of at least $400. I didn't believe them and took it to my regular Toyota mechanic, who did a pressure test and inspected the water pump and found absolutely nothing wrong.
I took my Toyota back again to this dealer for a routine oil change pursuant to a coupon that the dealer had mailed. I instructed the service writer that I wanted ONLY the oil change and nothing else. Nevertheless, he added and quot;tire rotationand quot; to the service order. I objected and had to pressure and insist that the tire rotation be taken off the work order (I have bought aftermarket tires at a tire retailer that includes free tire rotations for the life of the tires). Following the oil change, the service department again pressured me to replace the water pump. My regular Toyota mechanic assures me that he has never seen a water pump failure on a Toyota of the age and mileage of my particular Toyota. He re-inspected the water pump at no charge to me and again stated that nothing is wrong with the water pump. At 18000 miles later, I STILL have no water pump problems.
I will never return to that dealership. Their service department is either incompetent or dishonest. I would rather return to my own Toyota mechanic for all service, even though it is a considerable distance since I moved.

They are a big, local dealer. They have several brands of vehicles. They have four or five facilities. They provide good factory service but they are quite expensive.
