 + -1 moreOur experience with Cummings Mortgage was a roller coaster ride. Mostly due to issues beyond their control. They were very helpful in getting the FHA loan approved and keeping the expenses for us at a price we were able to afford. I would recommend them to anyone. I will say, FHA loans themselves, can be a major headache and very stressful.
Description of Work: Cummings handled our FHA mortgage for the purchases of our first home.
