Roofing
Assured me he would get building permit - building dept never heard of him. Demanded partial payment up front -- and more before finishing. Truck left deep ruts in lawn, a end left yard littered with debris -- and over a thousand nails. did not repair lawn, left gutter torn down and unfinished (I had to get other contractor to finish).
