It's a husband and wife team and while they are very sweet and kind I felt that i could have done a better job myself with a rented cleaner. Also, the husband wasn't able to navigate thru the stairway very easily and the big machine that they used scratched up my freshly painted wall and they never mentioned it. It wasn't until the carpet was dry that I went to view the results and found the dings and scratches on my walls. (But in their defense it is a very narrow stairway). I just wish they would have said something when it happened.

"In defense of my company and myself, we have never cleaned carpet at [member info removed], and the work date of March 2012, I was not in service until July 2012 with the start of my business. If something like this was brought to my attention, I would have informed the customer right away and fixed the wall and re-cleaned the carpet if notified in a reasonable time."

They arrived on time, moved the heavier pieces of furniture shampooed the carpet. It looked great when done and wasn"t overly wet like some carpet cleaners leave it. Looked great.

Dan the carpet cleaner did an excellent job of cleaning our hallway, sofa and recliner.
