He was very mean to his helper. He did not talk to me, he had his helper tell me what was being done or what was needed. I had to call my daughter to come and deal with him when the work was done. I told him his prices were too high and the compressor should have lasted longer then three years. I have not had the air conditioner services yet so I don't know what he may not have done as I have recently learned about my furnace.

He never was here on time. He treated his helper like a DOG. Could not count on him being here. He put a part on the furnace that he should not have which caused the gas to leak as it had come loose. He also bypassed a safety feature which my new furnace man corrected yesterday.
