Tuesday in June 2022, 4:03 PM Received a call from my wife, that our water had stopped while my son was in the shower. 4:14 PM Placed a call to Quality Water (QW) for Service. Keep in mind they are a "24 hour" service, is what they say. Customer Service (CS) said when asked, for service call charges normally is $135.00. After 4 PM is when premium rates kick in, which is $229.00 for service call (not per hour) to get back up plus parts and I said I was okay with that because I did not have water. LONG STORY SHORT: they called couldn't be out that night and put me off till next morning. They called next morning, all crew out on a big job and can't make it till tomorrow-24 hrs. service? When they did, the plumbing was way different and after they came back out to change it, again as I had before, they didn't do like I asked and leaks. Charged me $2395.00 to replace a switch & 22 gal. pressure tank - very high, but they had me over a barrel. Check the picture of the plumbing I found after they left - I trusted them for years and was shocked of how I found it when it simple came straight in down and over to the tank like a square Z to this? No written estimate or receipt, I had to call to ask for it. As a former service manager, I can tell you this service manager, Aaron did not handle this correctly at all. In pre court resolution now, and possible small claims to rectify. This from a customer that used this company for a couple decades, but first time for 911 services - no longer using unless this is cleared to satisfaction. Take my advise, don't call them for 911 services because they will rack you over the coals and are NOT true 24 hour service. There is a lot more bulleted points I could add, but won't. I am a patient person, but they blocked both my phone numbers and the owner never called to solve, only left a response on Google reviews to give him a call to resolve and want to keep their rave reviews. They have my number and if cared, could have this taken care of long ago. Unfortunately, small claims are next, if not cleared up very soon.

Incredibly well. They were very professional and friendly. They worked in the rain to clean my well and install the chlorination system. I have had absolutely no problems with my water since. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great from start to finish. Travis was very friendly and helpful. He thoroughly looked over everything and explained things in terms I could understand. He even went outside his normal job description to help me move a couple of things. I had a delivery of a washing machine and Dishwasher sitting on my back patio waiting to be brought in the house. He offered and helped me bring them into the house and also helped remove the old ones out to the garage. Not only did he help with that, he also helped me carry a Heavy old 100lb toilet out to my garage. His help was very unexpected but immensely appreciated. I offered him a few bucks for his trouble but would not take it. That man is truly an honest hard worker. After his inspection he got to the root of our water problems and suggested we install a chlorination system to kill the bacteria and a carbon filter to filter out the excessive minerals/ sediment. His quote was quite fair so we decided to have him come back next Thursday to do the work. I highly recommend this company for everyone in need of water/ well treatment/ dig. The phone staff, up to it's technicians are top notch and will absolutely go the extra mile to make the customer happy.

We received some of the best customer service that you rarely see in this day and age.I had no water in my home and placed a service call about 10:00 A.M. which was answered promptly.Within an hours time Travis Mung was at our front door---checked everything out thoroughly and quoted us an estimated cost.We gave him the Ok and he assured us,barring any unforeseen problems, we would have water by the end of the day. The installation employees,Cooper and Cody arrived around 2:30 P.M. and by 5:00 P.M. all equipment had been installed and tested and water was once again flowing in our home.
All of the work and employees were very professional from beginning to end.
A big thank you to Travis,Cooper and Cody from 2 seniors who truly appreciate the outstanding service we received.
