GORDON BROS WATER

Met first with the sales rep and power points on the company and products. I did not want a softener, but only a cleaner. The rep modified the presentation and we can to an agreement. The installers arrived as scheduled and ready to work. They spent several hours installed the tanks to capture, chlorinate, de-chlorinate and provide clean drinking water. The installers gave me a thorough training to ensure I understood how to chlorinate, and when to call if there were any issues. My water tastes much better and the laundry smells better. I would recommend using this company for cleaner more tasty water.

Inspected my water and softener. Found out We have oil and bacteria in our well water. Very friendly and trustworthy technician. Might have saved us some future health problems down the road.

The day the salesman came our water softener was malfunctioning.  He did his various water tests and explained the iron filtration system we were interested in.  He suggested just replacing our water softener with one of their premium water softening systems and that would accomplish all of our needs including the iron filtration.  My concern of using soft water to water our garden was addressed by the salesman by his explanation that the softener adds little sodium to the water and my internet research confirmed that what little sodium there is will be flushed away by the occasional summer rain.
    The installation crew was punctual and professional.  They did a very thorough job and explained the system operation and maintenance when they were finished.

Very professional at all levels, sales and installation. Tricky install, but took time and got it right.

Sale rep was early, called to make sure it would be ok. Very informative, and not at all pushy. Date of install, two techs arrived on time. Job was done in a timely manner. Tech made sure area was clean after work was done, and made sure to go over system with me so I knew how it operated.

Prompt and courteous.

02/28/12 Met with Gordon Brothers representative Phil Woodyard. Phil was very knowledgeable and knew his product line.  We made a tentative agreement and he provided a quote for a reconditioned Kinetico 2060 for $2665 with a 10 year warranty on parts.  He would let me know if and when one became available - Possibly in a month or so.  About a week or so later he called and said that in a couple of weeks he could have one ready and we set an installation date of March 18th at 8:00 am. 
03/18/12 Installer showed up at exactly 8:00 am and set to work.  Phil had not noted on the order that the unit was to be installed in a different location than the previous softener and this would require additional plumbing.  That was not a problem and even though the installation took longer than expected, there was no additional charge.  The installer said he would return in 90 days to insure everything is working as it should and that I was happy with my new softener. 
03/27/12 Received a 'thank you' letter from the president of Gordon Brothers and asking if I was completely satisfied.  He stated again that the service rep would make an on-site courtesy call in approximately 90 days.
Summary:  I was very satisfied with this company, their people, and their product and would not hesitate to recommend them.
