After finding on a Saturday night that our roof had a leak, I called Steve based on a recommendation from someone who hired him in the past. I called him Monday and Steve was able to come out and look at the roof that same day. The next day we were going to get the remnants of a hurricane in NE Ohio that night and I was hoping he would be able to fix the leak beforehand. I called him and he said his schedule was too busy which I can't fault him for. He said he could come out on Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up 2 days early on Friday to fix my leak. Steve and his worker worked quickly and efficiently. I hope my roof stays in good shape from now on. The only bad thing I could say, was after they left, my wife told me that she saw his worker had flicked his cigarette butt out in to our yard.

The job was pretty small he was very professional and I thought he did a descent job. It was a one day job.
