We had our current house built a number of years ago, so we have worked with many contractors in the past. I can honestly say I can't remember any that were more ethical or honest. For example, when the deck material came, the supplier sent some longer boards as they did not have the shorter size. At the end of the project there was some material left over. Just imagine my surprize when I answered a knock on my door to find the owner, Sam Cadile, with a check for me of over $400. Even though we had a contract for a specific price, he gave me a refund. Then and there I knew this was someone I could trust. I have even felt quite comfortable leaving my house to run errands when he was working inside even though I had never met him prior to this.
I have found Sam Cadile to be knowledgeable, a good problem solver, and offer a fair price. I especially like the way Cadile Construction cleans up EVERY time after their done for the day. I would highly recommend them.
