Description of Work: I find it difficult to say negative ideas about people so my first review was reasonably kind. The longer I have considered the association with this contractor, the more frustrated I became. Most of the work had to be redone and they created more needed repairs by doing thing incorrectly. I have other questions about them but as I have no proof I shall not make an accusation. In reality they were asked not to return long before the job was complete.

Description of Work: Called and left a voicemail on 7/3/14. Never got a return phone call. Bad service. Must be to busy to pick up additional work.

Description of Work: They had a person that specializes in dry walling and stucco do the job. They did not work for Branch. This person did an excellent job and you cannot tell where the repair was done. We were very pleased. Branch was not able to do this job in a timely manner because of there work load. they handled our request on a timely manner and we would call Branch if we needed service.

 + -1 moreThis job was a challenge since there were two levels that needed to be tied in together and the one addition wasn't exactly square. Hank Price and his crew did a great job with tear-ff, installing the new roof and clean up. The job looks better than I imagined when we decided to put on a steel roof.
Description of Work: Installed a new steel roof on our barn.

 + -1 moreGiven the many wonderful reviews on Angie's list, I thought I had found a reliable contractor. I called and left a detailed message re: getting an estimate on repairing sagging floors in our recently purchased home. I never received a return phone call, which is too bad considering we bought a century home that is in need of many repairs. Had they called back, this may have led to hiring them for much more work in the future.

 + -1 moreAlthough we decided against this project for now, he was punctual and professional for the quote. We had other contractors coming out to give us estimates, and no one else would even respond to us with a number. It was a small job, so I guess they weren't interested in the work. Branch on the other hand came out on time, and mailed us an estimate within 3 days. I'll definitely call them if we need work in the future.
Description of Work: He gave us a price on removing half a wall in our kitchen and installing a breakfast bar.

 + -1 moreThe over all job went very well and on schedule. They even accomplished other jobs that were asked of them on top of the original job. They installed a hot water tank, and had to come back because of no hot water after 1 week of installation. They replaced with new tank.
Description of Work: branch home improvement remodeled the bathroom. dry wall the walls and ceiling , plumbing , new tub and vanity ,laided down new floor covering, painted the walls. Put up outlet covers and towel holders and installed shower fan with light. Owner has inventive ideas. May try to keep price down a little to much, but this is not a bad thing!!

 + -1 moreHe arrived on time, called ahead to start, had a delightful crew, worked efficiently and got the work done in an acceptable time with great outcomes. The house looked beautiful. He showed me roof samples and I made a choice then later he discovered he had shown me the pricier ones but had quoted me the price for the lesser shingles. He still put my choice on and charged us only what he had quoted us. Now this new home is MUCH larger and had varying degrees of slant all over. We felt the price was the best without calling any one else. My daughter and her husband are having her father-in-law's roof replaced but it is a tiny home. They had 5-6 estimates. They were all too much for what they could afford. I recommended Hank and he came in under all of the others. He is scheduled to do that roof after he finishes ours.
Description of Work: Hank tore out a wall and part of the floor in a bedroom in a home we just purchased. When we had new carpet laid the carpet layers found black mold on the flooring and then behind the wall. Hank came and investigated for additional and then we scheduled a date for him to come and tear out the bad and rebuild the wall and floor that was bad. This was not the first time we have used him. He has also on our other home, replaced a roof, exterior doors, new windows, plumbing for outside and an entire patio. He will be here at this house come this Thursday (18th) to put a new roof on and new windows on the second floor.

 + -1 moreGreat they arrived early in morning at 6:30am. Started to work immediately and work till around 4:00pm.Cleaned up after themselves at end of the day. The workers were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable about they're work.They were very professional in all areas of they're work.
Description of Work: Removed old wood post and railings. Installed new vinyl post and railing. Installed new fascia and soffett wrap remainer of eves with aluminium coil. Installed new rubber roof on flat porch roof.

 + -1 moreAs I said in previous cooments . Excellent job and went above and beyond what I had contracted for.
Description of Work: Turned a built in garage into a bedroom/storage area. Was ontime and stayed on job till it was finished. Did a great job at a very reasonal price. Also help me finish a garage I was building that another contractor had failed to finish. He did the electrical and finished some of the trim at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this contractor and plan to use him in future for other projects I need to get done.
