+ -1 moreWhen I asked the lady at this company if she was aware of any problems with their flappers she could not tell me. They sent me two replacement flappers and did not charge me. They could have said yes we are aware of a problem and they would send me those parts.
Description of Work: I used American Standard Brands for information about their toilet flappers.
