"Joe was amazing, thoughtful, kind and very intelligent. He assembled my wheelchair in record time with care and precision. He did not rush off after the job. We actually sat and talked for a while, noting that we had a lot in common and very similar backgrounds. He’s really a wonderful wonderful person.
