They did excellent! It dropped her heating bill below significantly, they did a great job with this. They had great customer service, and these guys stand above the rest-I have dealt with many Hvac companies!

When we found water leaking from our furnace/air conditioner in the basement, my husband called Rumer Loudin. Their initial response was that they were very busy and it might be a couple of days until they could respond. This was acceptable because our air conditioning was still working. However, I got a call later that day asking if they could come right over! The repairman looked over the outside A/C unit and all parts of our furnace and determined that it needed a good cleaning. He also replaced the humidifier filter which was VERY GUNKY! He then asked if I wanted to be billed or if I wanted to pay on the spot. I said I could write a check on the spot, but I had a little trouble reading the total. I made the check out for $169, which was what I understood him to be charging. Four days later, I received a check in the mail from Rumer Loudin in the amount of $5.00 because of an overpayment. The actual total was $164, not $169. THEY FOUND THE ERROR AND IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED THE OVERPAYMENT!!! Honesty is very important to us. I gave a B rating for price because a $99 general service fee is a lot of money. However, I don't know if that is the norm or not.
