ALL DECKED OUT CONSTRUCTION

I HIGHLY recommend All Deck Out Construction.  They are a high quality provider that will get you exactly what you are looking for.
Starting from the first call I knew I was going to choose them.  Rob was responsive, came out to my house, and waited for 1/2 hour for me to get home as I was running late.  I handed him my hand sketch and he got it right away as where other providers started with how it wouldn't work.  Rob got back to me with plans drawn up a few days later and it was perfect.  Throughout the whole process Rob was very responsive.  As with all things outdoors weather can sometimes get in the way.  He was supposed to come out on Monday but due to weather he was unable to finish his previous job on time.  He called me Saturday afternoon to let me know what was going on and asked if it would be OK to come out on Wednesday.  On Wednesday he showed up with his team Mike and Gabe and the got to work layout out the deck.  During this process we had to make a few changes on the fly and Rob kept me informed the whole time.  
I work from home so I watched these guys build the whole deck and walked out occassionally.  They were very helpful in explaining every step they took and watching them I'm confident they didnt' take any shortcuts.  I mean ANY.  The holes were supposed to be 36" deep for code.  Rob said we need at least 42" and when Gabe measured them not a single one was less than 45".  After the inspector came out they mixed and poured 3 bags of concrete in the bottom of each hole and let it dry over the weekend.  The following Monday the wood was dropped off and they started framing with high quality pressure treated pine.  6x6 posts were used and they framed the deck in complete with steel hangers on every joint.  Hangers aren't needed everywhere but they make a huge difference in longevity. Once the framing was done and the inspector once again signed off on the work.  They began decking the frame.  This went very quickly and it was amazing to see the deck finally come together.
I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the work that Rob and his team provided.  They matched my vision, had excellent communication with me the entire time, and did it right the first time.  I know that the deck they build me will last for many many years to come and never give me any problems.  In the event anything did come up, I'm confident Rob would be out in a heartbeat to address and correct the problem.
Regarding price.  I got three different quotes and Rob was in-line with the other two.  Given my interactions with Rob, I could tell he was the right person to do the job.  Even if the other quotes were lower, I think I still would have chosen Rob and his team. If you are getting a few quotes, I would seriously considered All Deck Out even if they are on the higher side.  As I said before I watched the whole process and the quality of work I saw them perform is second to none.

It is the talk of the neighborhood. Cars are still slowing down to get a better look as they drive down the adjacent street. Could not be happier with the quality and look of the structure. The company did everything promised and also adapted well to any changes I required and quot;on the flyand quot;. My only complaint is that some estimates, plans, permits, etc. were delivered via snail mail (which is really becoming obsolete) and this caused some delays. I was hoping the project would be completed in a mtter of a few weeks, but it took close to double that time because of unforeseen delays in the delivery of the product, etc. But overall, great company and I highly recommend them! They did a great job! The service man was on time and did a nice, clean neat job. I was very pleased with the construction and result of the new deck!
