We hired John because of the great reviews. We totally agree!! Great job, great price, just a great experience. We intend to have him back for another project. We couldn't be more pleased.

Completely wonderful, on time, friendly, accommodating, definitely knows his trade. We called for a hot water heater replacement and was seen the next day. Great asset to the Fairfield/perry county area.

Not Licensed or Bonded. I see that John has gotten a lot of good reviews, but I guess that service stopped with me. The lesson that I learned is that these contractors are only as good as the last job, they did so be warned. It was the last job that he half did that estimated to be a week, but took 7 weeks before I had to fire him. I could no longer accept 30-minute visits twice a week. I am out a lot of money, but that is the risk I took with the 1 man show. I put my trust in these reviews and thought he would be the guy, but I was wrong. Now it is your turn do you hold or fold. It is a gamble, job 40% complete. $3750.00 gone. I anxiously look forward to your call to confirm my review, and to see pictures of what this joke of a professional left behind. The worse plumbing service ever.

We had mold forming on our ceiling, most likely from a leaky toilet on the second floor. I called three plumbers and John was able to tell me what was most likely wrong over the phone and give me an accurate price quote while others charged double to come and see what was wrong before giving me a price or said they would inspect for free, but most likely saddling me with whatever price they decided. He showed up within the window he promised and did a wonderful job rather quickly. I'd use his service again.

I hired John Howard to remove my 20 yr old water heater and water pressure tank and replace with same. I found him to be professional, personable, and knowledgeable. This was during the covid-19 time so store shopping for parts created a delay for him, because of the wait to even get into the store. He immediately text me to alert me of that so we just rescheduled the job for the next weekend. Yes, I'd highly recommend him as his price was reasonable for all the had to do on my behalf as a customer. His price was reasonable, too. Thanks John!!

I hired John to replace a hot water tank. I had received 3 other quotes and John was by far much cheaper than anyone else. But that's not why I hired him. John is very professional and trustworthy, He is extremely knowledgeable and just a good guy. I felt comfortable that the job was going to get completed on time and that it would get done right. I would most certainly hire Eagle Plumbing again for any and all of my plumbing needs.

Very personable and explained the worked he was hired to do

John Howard was the greatest professional plumber I have ever used. I had a hot water tank installed by another guy last week and John caught quite a few crucial mistakes. He picked up the correct parts came back and fixed the copper tubing on the hot water tank correctly instead of using cheap pectin tubes after only a week the foam was melting from the wrong parts and there was a small leak in the gas line on top of the tank. He fixed that too. This guy is so professional and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He also unclogged my basement drain with this really cool machine. In a matter of minutes it was working great. He also corrected a sewer line cover for which I already had a new part and he took care of it. It was like having a scholar in the plumbing business. I rehabbed houses for fifteen years so I know when someone is excellent at their craft. The man even cleaned up the messes and wore booties. They were prompt- John - the owner discussed with me my ideas and what I would like, measured and they went and purchased just exactly what I asked. The installation was complete and cleaned up with removal of old fixtures. My new sink and toilet are just what I wanted and work and look great.
