I was up visiting family during Thanksgiving and decided to take advantage of an addition $50 off on a set of tires at Belle Tires. They also had a rebate and they had the best prices. Unfortunately when they rang us up, they forgot the Black Friday special and had to check with a manager before applying the discount. Weird. Still got the $70 rebate too.
They were really busy that day but completed the job on time. Also preformed an alignment.
Tires ride great. Alignment helped too.
Staff wasn't too personable but they were busy.

I had a tire that was losing pressure fairly regularly. They looked at it and determined it was the seal. Cleaned it up and gave it back to me at no charge.

It went very well. I was really happy with their price compared to other quotes in the area. They also offered a good road hazard warranty that I wish I would have had from the provider where I originally purchased the blown out tire. If I had purchased them from Belle originally most of the expense would have been covered.
The service tech inspected my old tire to make sure it wasn't a defect and service was fast and with high professionalism.

I needed four new tires on my Elantra GT and did my homework in advance of going to the tire stores. I new the brand and exact tires I wanted and I called around to get the best price. When I was finished shopping I went to Belle Tire with the results of my shopping. True to their word they were able to beat my best price and had the tires installed in less than 1 hour.

I've been using then for 10 years. They give you a coupon for a discount every month. They're really good. If you buy a tyre from them they'll rotate the tyres for you at no extra cost, for every 5000 miles. They watch things on the car and they'll tell you if you need to get something done on your steering and brakes and stuff.

We used to receive really good results till the last couple of months. They were honest, reliable and courteous. They used to call back whenever necessary. They didn’t inflate things and my husband was pleased with them. We were happy with them. They made a mistake on our cars recently. Our daughter also takes her car to them. She had a problem with them in the summer. They had to tighten something on her car. She had some problems as a result of that, but they admitted that they had done something wrong and they fixed it. So that was good and we thought that there would be no problems. They then replaced the tires on our van and there was a blow out on the way home from a trip. My husband knows exactly what a tire should look like since he has been in the tire industry. They blamed the person that he had talked to when he brought the tire in. That person was very rude. He didn’t want to listen and he was tough. The last week or so my husband took it back and talked to a manger there. The tire shouldn’t have blown out even though it had gone over a nail. So the manager said that he was going to send it to the tire retailer. They were awesome till recently, but I don’t know what to say now. They don’t always have the managers on-site. The oil changes have been $25 to $30. They have been reasonable and done their work in the past. The person we talked to was young and he didn’t seem to be a manager to handle the situation. I would have recommended them 100%, but I am not sure if I would now. I am watching to see what’s going to happen next. They couldn’t keep up with their quality. Their punctuality has always been good. Their professionalism has been variable. We would try using their services again and it would depend on how they would fix the tire situation.
