THE RECEPTIONIST TOOK NOTE OF ALL OUR NEEDS & MADE SURE SHE SCHEDULED US WITH THE TECH. WITH THE SPECIAL SKILLS THAT OUR JOB REQUIRED. WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE QUICKLY AND HE WAS EVEN EARLY TO THE APPOINTMENT. OUR SERVICE TECH. TROY, WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY EXPERIENCED. IT REQUIRED ALMOST 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE, AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE PERFECTLY. THE COST WAS $50 PER HOUR PLUS THE TRIP CHARGE. WE PLAN TO HAVE ADDT'L WORK SUCH AS SURROUND SOUND DONE IN THE FUTURE AND WE WILL MOST CERTAINLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
