Basement Remodeling
Matt and Tom did a phenomenal job on the remodel of our basement. From the moment they discussed the project until the final walk thru they were top notch. They were very trustworthy and always did what needed. Also accommodating new changes. Always receptive of new ideas. They were always on time. They were so good that they did few extra things and they even didnâ t charge. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to finish basement or other projects. They are excellent in everythingâ ¦

Matt, Tom, Andy, and their team were exceptional. The quality and detail of their work exceeded our expectations, they were very accommodating to change requests, and the work space was clean each day. We appreciated their wealth of expertise in reviewing our designs with us and consulting with us on how to best make use of our space. We've since engaged them on multiple other home improvement projects. Their pricing was more than reasonable (we solicited multiple quotes), and the quality of the work could not be outdone by other, more expensive remodelers. They are a pleasure to work with.

Quality of work was very good, but they were very expensive. They took two to three times longer to finish the project than first committed. They are EXTREMELY poor communicators and did not keep us informed about changes in schedules. They use several subcontractors, and did not feel responsible for them. They are very rigid in their approach and they go out of their way to nickel and dime the customer for every minor thing. And finally, they do not follow up on their commitments, wanting instead to push all the blame for any hiccup back to the customer. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them in spite of their quality work. It too much of a mental and emotional drain working with these guys. You simply can't depend on them in my opinion.

Basement Remodeling
From the onset of our project to the final product (basement) being completed, Matt and Tom were amazing. They took our ideas, added touches and detail we would have never thought of, and produced something well beyond our expectations (which were already pretty lofty!). They provided daily updates, kept a SPOTLESS work environment at the end of each day, and their attention to detail is excellent. The project was completed on time and on budget; we couldn't be happier. Not only are Matt and Tom master craftsmen, they are even better people. I will, and have, recommend them to family and friends. We will definitely be using them again.

Any questions we had during the project they answered in a timely manner. They were quick with any suggestions on what might be a better product to use in certain areas. When we do our next remodeling project, Matt and Tom will be the first and only contractors we call.

Basement Remodeling
These guys are the real deal. They understood the vision I had for getting my basement finished and they turned it into reality. Along the way, they made suggestions to improve flow, sight lines, and usability while also keeping an eye on the budget. Matt and Tom were easy to work with and conscientious. It was obvious that their top concern was my happiness with the project. They did much of the work themselves. It's so cool having shelves, bannisters, etc that are sturdy and look custom made (because they were!). It is clear that they take pride in their work. Working with these guys is a can't-miss experience. Truly happy with everything they did.

Matt and Tom were fabulous to work with from day 1. We previously had a VERY bad experience with another contractor, which cost us $7,000.00 ,(not from Home Advisor), and they really worked with us on our kitchen remodel and the cost. They were here every day we expected them, spent the day and were very pleasant to work with. They moved along very quickly and it was so much fun checking out their progress every night after they left. We initially started our remodel in February 2016 and here it was 1 year later and the only thing done was the demolition and some electrical. Matt and Tom were a miracle sent to us. The finished product is fabulous, beautiful and the best kitchen I have ever had. My husband and I explained what we wanted and off they went using our ideas and some of theirs which really made the difference in the finished product. Matt and Tom, Ron and I can't thank you enough for my new beautiful kitchen. Can't wait to show it off. Matt and Tom will always be the first and only call we will make for all future products. Estimate was clearly written, and well explained. Contractors were there every day when expected and were very clear about their timeline. Work was professional, and suggestions were offered as to ways to make the job better. Contractors took pride in their work and wanted to provide good customer service. Basement Remodeling
Matt and Tom are hired at our home for every future project we do! They were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had some ideas for our basement, and they took it to the next level. All while staying within our budget! The minute we met with them, you could see the wheels turning on the ideas for the basement. We are so thrilled with our new living space! It's really everything we hoped it would be. Matt and Tom showed up on time everyday, always made sure to say good morning, paid attention to our son and to our dog, always made sure to clean up at the end of the day and had GREAT COMMUNICATION! They let us know what they were doing, and what we could expect to be accomplished that week. We highly recommend Timbers & Earth to all our family and friends!

Kitchen Remodel
Matt and Tom were terrific to work with. Once I provided the cabinets they were on it. Their willingness to work with our city's permits system and follow the regulations was exceptional. Their ability to work with and coordinate time lines with other tradesmen, was truly an asset. Our dog loved these guys! There fees were spot on for the quality of their work! I'll use them again!

Our finished great room is amazing. During the whole process, they made sure to clean up any messes at the end of each day and make the area as livable as possible. I would use them again for any future projects, and highly recommend them to anyone.
