+ -1 moreTHE GOOD NEWS: IN WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE A MINOR REPAIR, THEY FIXED THE CLOCK''S CHIME. THE BAD NEWS: IT WAS THREE MONTHS BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED THE CLOCK! THEY HAD ESTIMATED A 5-WEEK TURNAROUND, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A LONG ENOUGH WAIT. ALSO, AFTER TELLING ME ON THE PHONE THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE SINCE THE REPAIR WAS MINOR, THEY CHARGED ME $4 WHEN I PICKED UP THE CLOCK (HENCE THE ''C'' ON PRICES). OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS TERRIBLE.
