ROCKY RIVER ANIMAL HOSPITAL

We were new to the area and needed a vet when our dog was dying and could barely walk. I made an appointment here. But when we arrived at the vet, our dog was unable to get out of the car. I went into the office to tell them I was here, but was not able to lift my 100 lb dog out of the car to bring him in. I asked if they would help, or if they had a gurney. The receptionist told me I would have to come back another time when my husband could help me. The lack of professionalism was so upsetting when I was dealing with such difficult situation with our sweet dog. I left there and went to another veterinarian's office, where they were so kind and helpful.

Dog is doing well. Had follow up with clinic.

They took care of my dog very well. We were down to a point since my dog was still miserable only thing we were left was exploratory surgery to diagnose the problem. I didn't go ahead with the surgery and I said lets give it a little time. They would look at the surgery how they handle their animals. My dog is fine now. I will use them in future.

The veteranarian is friendly and professional. His front desk staff is not very friendly, but they are competent. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other veteranarians, because I have only been here. I'm not overjoyed with my entire experience, and I would consider establishing my veterenary care elsewhere.

It's conveniently located close to home. They're competent. I really believe that they saved my cat's life. Their staff is just great. They treat you like you're apart of their family. They are able to offer me a discount since I have so many animals that I bring to them.

We are new to Cleveland and needed a vet for our two dogs. Rocky River Animal Hospital was able to get us right in. The staff and vets are very professional and friendly. I felt as though we had been patients for a long time.

Vet explained procedures and asked questions. Staff was polite and accommodating. I will continue to take our pets to them.

WE HAVE BEEN QUITE HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY CORDIAL. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER. WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE THOROUGHNESS OF THEIR NATURE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM.

VETERINARIANS AND STAFF TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF YOUR PETS AND ARE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

THEY HAVE A REALLY NICE STAFF. THEY ALWAYS SEND A SYMPATHY CARD WHEN YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR PET TO SLEEP. THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL CATS NEUTERED THERE. I TAKE MY CATS THERE FOR ALL OF THEIR SHOTS AND REGULAR VISITS. THE PRICE INCLUDED A MEDICAL EXAM, A BLOOD TEST, EUTHANIZATION, AND CREMATION.

I USE THEM AS MY VET TOO, THEY WERE TERRIFIC, MY CAT SEEMED VERY HAPPY. I CALLED THEM LATE THIS TIME TO BOARD HIM OVER CHRISTMAS AND THEY WERE STILL ABLE TO GET HIM IN. I HAVE USED THEM FOR BOARDING OVER THE LAST 3 CHRISTMAS VACATIONS.

TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY DOG FOR THREE DAYS AND GAVE HIM LOTS OF ATTENTION

DID COMPLETE CHECK-UP ON MEMBERS DOG. GAVE YEARLY SHOTS AND PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS FOR AN EAR INFECTION. LIKED VETS VERY MUCH.

THE VETS ARE EXCELLENT WITH ANIMALS; IT IS FAIRLY EASY TO GET APPOINTMENTS; PREMISES ARE CLEAN; THEY HAVE KEPT OUR TWO CATS IN GOOD HEALTH FOR YEARS

HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS, VERY NICE STAFF WITHOUT EXCEPTION AND GREAT FACILITIES. NOT A LOT OF BOARDING CAPACITIES. SOMEWHAT LIMITED ON HOURS OF ACCESS.
