REALTY ONE REAL LIVING

Poor. The realty company claims to be skilled in representing buyers as well as sellers. However, the realty company's sales contract was poorly written and provided no protections for buyer, such as day-of-closing inspection of property, a contingency clause if the seller did not vacate the property by closing, etc. Very poor representation, which has cost me thousands of dollars in problems that could have easily been avoided if the realty company had truly represented the interest of the home buyer. The realtor herself was very nice. She tried to work very hard for me, but she did not have the proper tools with which to work in order to adequately represent me. Furthermore, the realtor's financial representative pressured me to use very expensive financing. I wrote to the managing realtor at this office, and received no reply.
