 + -1 moreThey started on time. Even though the project was more involved than they had first estimated, the cost remained the same. They stayed until it was finished. I would hire them again.

 + 1 moreHe was quick to get the job started and to get it finished. He provided me a written estimate for the work requested and asked for 50% to buy the materials. I paid and he started that day. I requested a different lock set on the doors he replaced that what he had quoted. He only charged me the difference. I will use him again. I felt I was charged a fair price for the service provided.
Description of Work: Replaced two doors broken by tennant. Fixed several broken windows. Repaired a basement railing. Patched a ceiling where there had been a water leak. He did work in 4 suites.

 + -1 moreThey were well priced and very efficient and good people. They did nice work.
Description of Work: They did all of our trim, replaced our wood doors, fixed a broken window, replaced a shower door, replaced an a/c unit with a window, painted our trim and power washed and stained our deck. They did a lot of things for our home in preparation to sell it.
