We purchased a piece of furniture February 2014. It arrived May as planned. However it was defective and we refused to accept it. After that the store was extremely unreliable in all further communication. On multiple occasions store said they would call back and did not. Claimed they talked to manufacturer but did not let us know. Required multiple calls and visits to store on our part to find out status. Frequently we were promised something would happen, only to have them not call and require yet another follow up call or store visit to pursue it.
Finally, in October (furniture was sent back to store in May so this went on over several months), our money was refunded.
We would never use this store again.
